GET A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE COSTS

Once you’re sure about Doublebois, you need to gain a clear picture of the cost involved. There are three key elements to consider:

1. The purchase price of the lodge itself.

2. The annual site fees - which cover looking after the park and the facilities.

3. The running costs - these are your utilities, such as heating, and any lodge maintenance you may need to do.
