Once you’ve had a browse and found your perfect accommodation, you can book directly online. If you prefer to speak to someone, call us on 01579 833279 and we’ll take the booking for you.
All you need at the time of booking is a £50.00 deposit. The balance is payable 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. Should your holiday start within 10 weeks, full payment will be required upon booking.
Check-in is from 4.00pm but you are welcome to arrive earlier and stretch your legs, exploring the park while you wait.
If you know you are going to be late, just keep us in the loop with your ETA. The last arrival time is 9pm.
We most certainly allow dogs and what’s more, we don’t charge extra for them. You can bring up to two dogs and you just need to choose a pet-friendly accommodation option when you book.
Yes, we have plenty of parking available. There are designated parking areas so please don’t drive or park on the grass.
Yes, that’s no problem at all and the local supermarkets are used to delivering to guests on the park. Just one rather important point though: if you’re booking a slot for the day of your arrival, make sure it’s well after your check-in time so that you are here to receive it.
Not on park, but if you need anything we'll point you in the direction of the nearest shop. There are quite a few within a short drive.
Yes, there’s a laundrette for your use on the park. It means you can do emergency washes and, if you want to, you can get organised before heading home with a full load or two. It’s also very convenient if you are an owner staying for longer stretches.
Yes, bed linens and bath towels are all provided. If you have booked accommodation with a hot tub or you are planning to hit the nearby beaches, we ask that you bring your own towels for these activities and keep the other towels for use inside your accommodation.
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi on the park and in your accommodation. We’ll give you the password and you just follow the instructions. The Wi-Fi is ideal for browsing and catching up on your emails, but it’s not suitable for downloading or streaming.
Yes, you can. Do be mindful of safety though. BBQs are not allowed on your decking or inside your accommodation or any buildings (even if it’s raining). If you’d like to hire a BBQ when you are here, just ask the team we’ll get you sorted.
