We’re not able to accept a lodge from another park but we’re certainly happy to discuss part-exchange options which may help you to buy one of our luxury lodges at Doublebois.
We are biased, it’s true, but we consider this corner of Cornwall to be just perfect. We’re in a tranquil setting, with lots to see and do nearby and activities on the park too. We look after you as an owner, getting to know you and your family and making sure we give you everything you need. We do love the place but we’re not pushy on the sales front. We’re happy to let the facts speak for themselves, in terms of what our owners say and what you make of the park when you visit. If you love it, we’ll be over the moon but if you decide it’s not for you, that’s absolutely fine too.
Doublebois is a tranquil park set in the Cornish countryside. Most of our owners come to relax, away from the bustle of everyday life. As an owner, hopefully, you’ll find just enough to suit your needs, including a 9-hole golf course, a tennis court, a children’s adventure playground, riverside fishing, woodland walks and a large open space for sports, with football goals. There’s also a mini-fitness suite, a games room, a dog exercise area, a launderette and an EV charging point. It’s all very laid-back and you can get keys and hire equipment for your activities from our reception team. Find out more >>
It’s pretty and there’s lots to see and do. In our little corner of Cornwall, you can walk or cycle in Cardinham Woods, pick up the beautiful Camel Trail or see the fascinating underground world of Carnglaze Caves. We’re a short drive from the south coast of Cornwall, where you can visit the harbour villages of Looe and Polperro and take the buckets and spades down to Seaton Beach. We’re also close to the wild beauty of Bodmin Moor and a short drive from the Eden Project, Lanhydrock Gardens and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Find out more >>

Decide whether you’d like an open plan layout, whether you want a bathroom or just a shower room, and perhaps most importantly, whether an outdoor hot tub is on your wish list. We’ll show you all the available options so that you can choose just the right lodge for you and your family.

A resounding yes to this, we love dogs at Doublebois! Make sure you keep them on the lead when you are on the park and use the designated dog exercise area to walk them. Yes, you need comprehensive insurance for your lodge, including adequate liability cover, particularly if you intend to let out your lodge to other holidaymakers. The cost will vary depending on your insurance provider and they will take into account all sorts of factors, for example, the size of your lodge. If you need our help, we can recommend a provider to you. As part of our own due diligence, we require a copy of your insurance certificate annually.

The quality time you spend at Doublebois with family and friends, enjoying this beautiful corner of Cornwall, is the return on your outlay - and that’s priceless. You can let your luxury lodge when you’re not using it, which can help to balance some of your running costs, but it’s not guaranteed income.

We don’t currently offer finance terms but, depending on your circumstances, you might decide to use your personal savings or arrange a bank loan to fund the purchase of your lodge.
